I am working as a Software Engineer in a Multi-national banking firm with an experience of more than 4 years. And teaching Java Programming ranging from Basics (Core Java) to Advanced Java covering J2EE Architecture, JSP, Servlets, Xml, Web App Development Frameworks such as Struts 2, Hibernate & Spring (Core, Boot, MVC and Security), Design Patterns, Software Development Life Cycle process, Build tools like Maven, Database programming, Agile Methodology, JIRA, jQuery, Restful WS, Java 8 etc. I have handled more than 30 batches till now, trained over 300 students, at times they were newbies, some were working professionals looking for career shift, some were freelancers, some were my friends & relatives. which course do u suggest me to do to get placed in IT. Im a 2008 graduate.

Definitely any of the programming languages. To the most of it, learn generic skills most common to all of those in the market.. Whether Java, DotNet whatever. Master the frameworks in it.
