Suppose a cube is placed in an non uniform electric field then find net flux through it and if net flux is non zero then calculate net charge inside it and please explain, how this get produced?

electric flux=q/epsilon (the permittivity of free space) now, find the flux by integrating E (field) wrt the area (E.dS) and thus find q. And as to the second part of your question the net charge is not produced form nowhere. It already was there. That is why there is a net electric flux through the cube.
