Shweta Raghuwanshi is one of the most understanding and empathetic tutors. She is always ready to go an extra mile for her students. Having been in the same shoes and walked the same paths as her students, she knows how to help them manage the stress and bring out the best in them. Her first job after completing a Masters Degree in Mass Communication, was working in post production for various video platforms. Moving forward in her life, she decided to follow the path of teaching and hence started her career as an IELTS Trainer. She has tutored many students both offline and online with a high success rate. Shweta joined Yuno Learning as an IELTS tutor. She is well-versed in all four modules, which are Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. Her teaching extends from the beginners to the advanced level students for both IELTS Academic as well as IELTS General training. She has been through the same process of studying for IELTS Academic and General training, and has appeared for both, the pen-paper and computer delivered exams. Getting a good band score to move abroad is what every student wants, it's not just a documentation requirement, but also a way to survive in a foreign country. She wants to help her students’ achieve their dreams by being a part of their uphill journey. Shweta’s teaching methodology is flexible and depends on the needs of the students. Just the way all students cannot be put into one single category; one single way of teaching cannot benefit every student. Students require individual attention, and that is what Shweta is most commonly known for. Noticing the way the learners perform in ones’ classes should be checked upon in detail. Her style of teaching does just that. She understands the fear or excitement of a student, or if a student is overwhelmed; she treats them accordingly. She believes that there should not be a communication gap between a teacher and her students. Being a strict tutor every time, can not yield you best results. Sometimes being more like a friend and less like a tutor works better - all of this, again, depends on what the student needs.
