What is a rational number? Give example.

All points mentioned above are same. But for better understanding Rational numbers are those numbers whose decimal representation is terminating or recurring.( basic defination). As explained above all numbers which can be expressed in the form of p/ q where p and q are integers and q# 0.So if I say .7 is rational or not . Yes .7 is rational becoz .7 can be expressed as 7/10 as well as its decimal part is terminating. -10/3 is rational as decimal termination is recuring. So basic is any number whose decimal representation is either terminating or reoccurring( repeating) is rational number.thanks

Domain means java is very huge and supports all types of application development like desktop, iot, web app etc. But job purpose 1) learn core java ( good understanding of exceptions/ files/ thread/ collection framework). 2) 2nd step depends upon domain for eg for web Application learn 1) overview of jsp/ servlet/ one framework mandatory. (spring/ struts etc). 3) Apart from this have good practise of front end technologies java script/ css/ ajax becoz designer mainly does static design . We as adeveloper does dynamic design where we must have good understanding of front end tools. 4) lean sql in parallel as well as hibernate or any orm tool. These all technologies are must. I understand its long list. But this way work is done in all mid level companies. But yes breaking interview as fresher mainly focus on core java .thanks
