Constructor enables the programmer to set default values, limit instantiation. We cannot call constructors explicitly. Constructor are responsible for object initialization and memory allocation of it’s class. If we create any class without constructor, the compiler will automatically create one default constructor for that class. There is always at least one constructor in every class.

Before you start getting ready to return to work, it's worth having a think about your situation. Potential employers will ask why you took the break, what you did and also why you want to come back. Employer will ask several questions. They aren't trick questions but if you don't think about how you would answer them, you can quickly look suspect. Another thing to consider is what type of work you want to do. Don't just start applying in a panic, think about the hours, location and sector of your next employment. Again, if an employer doesn't think you are serious about the application, they will assume you are preparing to take another break and so will focus on another candidate.

When do you use Html.Action over Html.Partial ?

Html.Partial Use Html.Partial when you are rendering static content or, If you are going to pass data from the ViewModel that is being sent to the main view Html.Action Use Html.Action when you actually need to retrieve additional data from the server to populate the partial view

To know more about the future plan of ASP.Net, you must listen to Microsoft first, then listen to others, and compare between what you have listened. You know my love to Open Source, lets be honest: Microsoft is not a small company. They are leading the market in different places in the world. I don't think they are leadng the technology though, however they can adapt very well and very fast. Trust yourself and capabilities. Keep working with ASP.Net as it pays you back, learn and practice different programming languages as you can.

why string class is override in euals()/ hashCode Hethods?

By defining equals() and hashCode() consistently, you can improve the usability of your classes as keys in hash-based collections. As the API doc for hashCode explains: "This method is supported for the benefit of hashtables such as those provided by java.util.Hashtable."
