Overview

I am Corporate Trainer for Core Java and Advanced Java currently looking for Freelance Opportunities. The highlight of my teaching is that I focus on technical concepts as well coding competence of my trainees. My goal has always been is that once students pass out of my class, and are given the requirements of sample application, they should be able to do at least 100% of it in the given time without any external / internet consultation.

Not only I ensure trainees are able to understand, but also explain what they just did. I try to give as many examples and assignments thus ensuring complete coverage of any topic.

It is totally dependent on your skills to make people happy and you cannot make everyone happy, unless you are unhappy yourself because some people will demand so much that they will drain your energy. So, stop trying to be a "Gentleman" in all walks of life. You will find it very hard. If you want to succeed, be nice to people who matter and not be aggressive with them. Listen well and respond according to the situation. Turn down people politely and be assertive, not aggressive. Have proper rest, without sleep you will get irritable and it is bound to affect your work and your personal life.
