To add value to your CV and also earn and get a better work opportunity, I suggest you do your MBA in HR. It will help you understand and learn more about the HR field. You learn different subjects and will get in depth knowledge of the different HR roles. This will help you make better career choices. Usually the Human Resources field is occupied by those with a BBA or an MBA. When it comes to campus recruitment its very rare when Bcom students are selected for HR. So if you're thinking of getting hired right out of college you need to ensure you have an MBA as well if you're interested in HR. Salary depends on the company. If you're in an MNC it is definitely higher - around 5-6Lakhs per annum. A medium or smaller scale industry will give you around2-3Lakhs per annum. read less

B.com In human Resource management is good option if you do MBA in HR after B.com other wise it never help you to earn better... After B.com in HRM you get the normal job in metro cities like delhi,Mumbai which give you max to max 30000 rupee per month.
