I developed interest in teaching while i was working with Huxley Associates. Being the HR Manager i frequently visited campuses for campus placement of graduates and post graduates. where in while explaining students about their career, how industry works, about work culture , about different job profiles i explored that i loved talking and guiding students who have lots of doubts on which field they should go for, how to make money , how to achieve what they want. Looking in this i have developed lots of presentations which will make students understand a lot of things about themselves, the kind of personality they carry, which field or area they will be best suited for , what are their key strengths, their areas of improvement. Along with working i realised many candidates who have met me during their campus placement messaged me on Linkedin about how effective my sessions were and they would want me to help them in further guidance and improvement. This quite motivated me on what i was planning to do for young students who have lots of doubts in their mind about what they should do say after 10th - which stream should they go for, after 12th - which area should they go for, in first year of their graduation- whats the real world, final year of graduation- whats next should we work or go for post grads, first year of P.G - which specialisation should we go for, final year of P.G- how to crack interviews, what does an interviewer looks for.

For the same i prefer teaching with examples, using presentation ,doing personality test, explaining them about their personality.

For teaching of class 1st to 10th students , i use lots of creative tools to make them study as i understand its tough to put them at a place and make them study so i divide time with outdoor and indoor activities inorder to make them feel motivated to work, i take time to plan their daily time table, i take interest in students hobbies, etc.
