I would be happy to help you in this regard. The course would help the student understand the nuances of Interviews. Many times students don't understand why they got rejected in the interview. It's infuriating as they fail to understand where the mistake lies- technical? Resume? Introspection? So, I designed this small yet effective course to help the students understand their strengths and weaknesses, help them assess their potential and get them selected in the interviews. The course has been designed in a way to give the maximum output with a minimum investment. The course fee is minimal compared to the market institutions because it's very burdening for students to pay such hefty prices. The Group and Case Discussions would be taught in a batch of minimum 5 students so that the students get to know where they really stand, whereas, the student will be given individual attention by the trainer in Personal Interviews. The Course would be divided into two formats- 1) Handling Personal Interviews (? 5,000 for this course) - Individual attention to the student - 2 days (2-3 hours each day) of detailed discussion on how to handle PIs. - 5 Mock Personal Interviews with the trainer 2) Handling Group and Case Discussions (? 5,000 for this course) - [Minimum 5 students needed for this] - 2 days (2-3 hours each day) of detailed discussion on how to handle them - 3 Mock Group Discussions with the trainer - 2 Mock Case Discussions with the trainer 3) The combo of both courses for ? 9,000

I have encountered this question from many of my students so I will answer the same way as I always do. Knowing the rules of grammar & being perfect in writing does not necessarily make you a great speaker. The written part of a language can be learnt by memory but the spoken part can only be learnt with practice.
Think about it, when you are writing a paragraph, your brain takes its own time to think about the best way to put the words. The number of iterations and recitifications that we do is only possible while expressing in written form.
On the other hand, when you speak, you just get a few seconds to think and no corrections. Thus, spoken command comes only with practice. Make sure you make it a habit to communicate in the specific language as much as possible. The maximum damage that can happen is people might laugh at the grammatical errors initially, but later on when you develop the command, you are the sole winner.
