"Tilak has been my trainer for over two month. Tilak approaches his role holistically. For e.g. he is more a coach than a trainer. He sets clear expectations. (e.g - it what you do in the 23 hours outside the training that makes an impact). He does not though leave this to lip service. He continuously engages. His training regimen is clear. He shows up on time (rain or sunshine). He keeps it simple without being predictable. Brings basic equipment when required. More importantly, he teaches you how to listen to what your body is saying. Highly recommended. "

"Tilak is an excellent personal trainer. I met him when I was looking for someone to help me focus and be consistent with an exercise regimen. I am not the kind that likes to indulge in boring routines like treadmill/cross trainer etc. Tilak helped with exactly this. He has a great ability to study one's preferences/interests and come up with creative and effective exercise routines. He also understand's your body's strength and weaknesses and administers the right mix of exercises. Above all, he is a good human being. "

"Tilak is a thorough professional. I wanted to get into some fitness regimen, but never had the self drive to do it. After I met Tilak, I have been enjoying my workouts. The unique thing with Tilak is that he studies a person's mind before deciding on a routine. This was particularly helpful in my case since I am not someone to follow boring exercise routines like treadmill, cross trainer etc. Tilak is also extremely patient and follows up with me like clockwork. I have only good things to say about him and would vouch for him anyday! "
