I am a Hatha Yoga teacher certified by Isha foundation, Coimbatore which is founded by Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev. Here we teach yoga in the classical as it was taught through centuries.
Seeing the change that yoga brought about in my life in terms of my physical, psychological health, mental balance, stillness within, I was inspired to take this to the world. After all the key to your well being is within and it requires the cooperation of only one being and that is you!
With this intent I bring to you various classical Hatha yoga programs. There are regular programs, programs for various treatment condition, well being programs, corporate programs. I have been teaching for the past 8 years . I conduct regular programs in Whitefield.
