I enhanced my skills by teaching and learning which got be my job in industry as a Software developer at a age of 20. I work in C/C++ now in IBM. I have continued my teaching on weekends . The way of my teaching has drastically changed after I started working. I make my students programmers of industry level by giving them a clear picture of industry, work in industry and coding style in industry. I have taught people of my age group, below and above. I am a very strict teacher and those students who have followed me have achived their goals.
