its not about how many years you did meditation ..how much your in meditative state .meditation is not taught by anyone ,it needs to be happen naturally ,but it will guide by someone .if you have interest Nature will guide you towards that process.every one having the power in themselves only but no one identifying that .if you do so it will do miracles .. it will change yourself very pure and you can clearly observe the change. if any one have interest in meditation I (Nature )can guide them .
