How do you stay aware of new technologies related to full stack web development?

Need to have contacts with start-ups, or browse technology blogs for latest technologies. Also look into stack overflow and glassdoor websites which would have latest technologies, vacancies and respective salaries.

Is it possible to get a job in IT after two years? I have opted for the Machine Learning course. Will it be helpful? Please help, what should I do.
