IdentityI have total of 7+ years of experience. I have 2 years of experience in teaching and 5+ years of experience in the field of Human Resources (HR). In HR, I have worked on functions like, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Compesation & Benefits, etc. I am Internationally recognized certified Thomas profiler and can conduct DISC profiling to understand personality types and provide inputs with regards to the appropriate career options, the needed behavior for a job, job evaluation, preparing individuals for challenges/interviews. Would be interested to take up assignments on DISC profiling or teaching in any of the HR subjects relevant to the functions I have worked on till date. This will help me share my industry experience with the budding professionals.
