Well adjustive nature with the students
My main moto is that to build a solid inspiration in the minds of a students so that they can reach their goal
My main quotation;
Accept the challenges in life and enjoy the pain then success will be yours
The main moto of my teaching is to build a favour enivronment for the students so that they can learn in a better way
More than a hard work smart work plays an important role in building the growth of a student
Hence my main moto is to build all those qualities in the students
And usually the students who score 90 percent even if they wont get proper guidance also they can score marks but the students who is average and below average making those students to grow in higher rate is very important
And i am basically a lecturer with high motivational qualities
With good interaction with the students
And i am working from past three years teaching chemistry for pu students had good experience
I can easily understand the mindset of a student in what way he or she is
Hence it will be easy for me to teach by going it with their level
So that i can make the students to learn faster with more interest
Basically i am traditioned lecturer bith in teachibg and behavior so that the same things will be transfered for my students also. Hence hope this much infotmation
