Identity- I am a Consulting faculty to help kids in reading and learning with ease using Phonics for the past 6 years as after school activity.
- I have compiled books on Phonics giving insights on how to make kids learn the sounds in a fun way.
- Introducing different ways of teaching like board games, worksheets, phonics rhymes,dictations and innovative approach makes my class special.
- I handle kids at various levels (Pre kg, LKG, UKG, 1st grade) and also help kids having learning difficultly.
- The children at the beginning level will be introduced to the basic sounds of alphabet leading them to learn short vowel sounds.
- Along with the sight words long vowel sounds, double consonant sounds, silent letters, special sounds will be taught covering 44 phonemes in a very interactive way.
- Reading comprehensions will be provided for advanced level children.
- Schools refer my class to students who lag in sounds, vocabulary, reading and spelling for my assessment and further improving their performance.
- I also have numerous written positive feed backs from parents and the progress of their child after attending the phonics session with me.
- Reading stories in expressive manner has created lot of interest in children to read books at a very young age.
- Activities will be given to each and every child according to their ability and capability.
- Apart from this I do story telling using puppets, rhymes to make the session more interesting.
