How can I improve my English spoken skills and improve my personality? Can anyone tell?

Dear Mihir, If you really want to improve your language skills,I suggest you join a good language training institute. If not practise all the 4 skills (listening,speaking,reading and writing) for at least an hour a day. Watch news channels,read the news paper or simple story books and so on..

I want to know how much minimum time is required to prepare for International English Language Testing System to get a band of 7.5. My English is average though I can write and talk in English quite confidently.

Dear Shailja, IELTS does not test as to how much English you know. It is to test how well you use your language skills (LSRW), I suggest you take up a minimum of 40 hours.

How much does it take to learn English if read 12 hours per day?

Dear Sameer, One cannot learn English just by reading 12 hours a day. It involves all the four skills (listening,speaking,reading and writing) Devote 2 hours a day beginning with the first 3 skills and then the last. This would help you.
