Can anyone suggest how to reduce stress? i am thinking that i should go for meditation ...is that helpful?

Dear friend, you must be engaged in doing something which is no longer interesting for you. Find someone who can understand what's going inside you. Spend more time with like minded people. Meditation is ofcourse a technique to know self and find answers for almost all the questions arising in your mind.... ...more

How to identify a great German trainer?

A teacher who will patiently wait to finish. Who keeps up the conversation. Who pauses for a while and then says something. Who has a good gauge for level of understanding and adjust accordingly.
