"I enjoyed doing yoga under the guidance of Rithika. Started with these classes during pandemic and it's a great relief. She concentrates on each individual even in the online classes, corrects the postures and her instructions are very clear. Unlike other yoga classes, her class includes, kriya(cleansing technique),warm up, loosening, stretching, asana, pranayama, dhyaana and different relaxation techniques. "
