"Most arrogant fellow - Narasimha Rao. Firstly he was obsessed to know if I can afford Rs 5000/- for decoration. He refused to even share his portfolio even after embarrassingly asking repeatedly if I can afford it. After telling him I can afford it he is still refusing to even send his portfolio on WhatsApp. He sounded so arrogant, how can these people even be in business. Finally went with a different event planner for my son’s first birthday. "
