If a child is reading aloud and is maintaining meaning, is it necessary that I correct every word he misreads?

i think it is required to correct the wrong pronunciation, as if the child is speaking wrong and considering that he/she is prouncing it correctly, will speak always that word wrongly. you can tell the child about the correct prouncation and correct him. and appreciate him/her when he speaks correctly... ...more
