How to improve on vocab?

The best way to learn vocabulary is by word building. Example: if you use happy then start learning the synonyms of happy. In this way, in no time, you will be able to learn and remember a lot of vocabulary words.

I know how to speak a little English but not very well. I make a lot of grammatical mistakes also. I am not understanding that how I can remove this as I want to crack all interviews and be a good speaker but my grammatical mistakes are giving a lot of problems. Please help me to improve this.

That's no issue at all. All you require is someone who is well versed in English, if you can find someone like that, practise your English with them by speaking in it and I would be willing to do that if your interested. Please contact me for further details.
