Dear Mr. Pavan, let's me share a few details: 1. The last mail I sent you was on 16/12/2017 where I have shared the training content with you for which you haven't acknowledged. 2. In my TeamViewer, I have sent you a message asking for resuming the training on 16/5/2018. 3. I have sent you a message on WhatsApp on 26/1/2018 for which you have said you have been on hectic schedule. 21/02/2018 you said you have job role movement and you will get back to me. It's not my job to keep following you up and know about your where about. So before posting a loose comment you must check on yourself. We trainers have professional commitments too and priorities change as well. It's absolutely your duty to make yourself available for the training in the allotted time frame. I have given you enough buffer time as well.

Hi, my personal opinion is that before we can teach soft skills, they have to be practised. Without which teaching them won't be very useful. So, to start, start with yourself and identify the soft skills you need to develop and know what it takes to improve it. That's the first-hand experience of the expertise in action and how it benefits others whom you teach it to. You could seek some professional help as you go along.

Right! It's difficult to answer that question :) Right from the beginning of our education we are thought to look outward for information. Rarely we get a chance to take a look at and find out about ourselves. We have identified ourselves with our educational qualification, what our parents did, etc.,. That's why we get answers like: 'I am a graduate in computer science', 'I am son/daughter of so and so..', etc. Forget about answering the question in concern, most of the people cannot even draft their own resume which is the reflection of their work and persona. So, in my opinion, it should fixed at a different level. To start with try answering the following questions to yourself: 'what do I stand for?', 'what is my purpose', 'what are my personal traits', 'how can I contribute', 'what can I help', 'what are your goals and why are they your goals', 'what did I achieve so far and why did I choose to achieve only that', 'what are my strong and weak points', 'what is my opinion about my friends, my family, my state, my country and the world', 'what do I care about' and so on. Once you do a comprehensive study about yourself like this, you should be able to answer that question very confidently.
