I am a meditator for last 14 years and certified meditation trainer. I have transformed many lives through meditation and other healing modalities during last 3 years by helping people create calm and focus minds, emotional balance, and inner transformation.
My sessions are based on structured meditation approach focusing on participant’s unique requirements. This helps to change deep behavioural negative patterns rather than only working on mental and surface level. Over time, I have guided meditation sessions focused on stress relief, anxiety management, emotional healing, self-love, mindfulness, focus enhancement, and inner peace. My sessionsare generally online and combine guided meditation, breathwork, relaxation techniques, visualization, and positive affirmations that can be easily practiced in daily life.
