If you are in a company that has to write an application to build a website, e.g. www.ebay.in. Now, you would need front end pages, objects to take calls from front end to back end (servlets for example), to do database transaction, and much more. Now, among 100 employees of the company, either each one can implement different functionality in their own way or follow a certain standard (framework). Frameworks come with top classes, interfaces defined by experts and the projects who follow that framework need to implement the required functional requirements without focusing on the architectural level complications. Code written this way is more manageable since all the code in the project would have been written in a particular manner, also it is less error-prone since is tested already by the makers of the framework.

How many days I want learn English?

Learning basics of English would not take very long and can be done in 2-3 months. But, writing good English and reading the one used in English newspapers is hard and would take longer (up to years). It requires long and consistent effort.
