I am working in small company as graphic designer. i want to move to MNC so is there any need to have a degree of design? m not an arts background or not even done any diploma , degree in design. please suggest me what shouud i do? should i do any course in design

Hi Siddharth, I am glad that you are thinking for the future and I know you will do great. As per the first question the answer is 'There is no need of having a 'degree of design' but you should have a degree from any field because it will help you in your further growth like your promotion or salary increment.' Some companies have the demand of having degree but its not mandatory that the degree should be in design only, also the important thing is that you should be having skills, experience, go for it attitude and positive thinking which will help to boost your confidence so that you can achieve your goals.
