Nivesaa offers various courses in movement forms related to fitness and dance along with offering a holistic development approach through alternative therapies.
At Nivesaa we teach yoga, whether it is hatha yoga which implies practicing yoga asanas and yoga postures at consistent breaks with pause and proper breathing. We also offer classes in power yoga, based on the principles of stamina building and cardio workout.
We are also introducing aerial yoga, a new form of yoga class called Aeryoga in our studio, which is done on an aerial hammock suspended through the ceiling.
We also provide classes based on principles of kriya yoga, kundalini yoga, ashtanaga yoga positions, meditation techniques, pranayama tied into pranic healing and channelizing the positive energies through chakra healing and aura cleansing. Yoga for weight loss is an excellent way to stay in shape.
We also believe in practicing with various props, so while you practice on the yoga mat, iyengar yoga poses will open a new dimension and enhance your postures by increasing your flexibility. It also helps in optimizing yoga asanas by using various props in your practice.

At Nivesaa we also provide intense training in Pilates. Pilates is a 20th century workout based on the principles of core fortification and stamina building. Pilates exercises work very well for injury prevention and relieve one of joint aches and back pain. We give classes in belly dance. It is a unique and fast emerging style from the Persian land. It involves graceful , fast and slow movement of the abdominals. It leads to flat abs, toned stomach and a rhythm in the body. There are total of 7 levels in this style and we will take you through all of those as you train more and more in this amazing form.
We also give classes in Latin dance which includes Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba and Jive. Come, enjoy learning these dance steps and just dance to the tunes of your favorite songs in your home or parties with a partner or by yourself!

We train in lyrical jazz, a unique combination of movement and lyrics. This will teach you theatrical and powerful performance on various songs. This is probably your best dance workout for the body at the same time learning how to emote through your face.
