Hi,
It really doesn’t matter where and all I played, it’s all about how I can make other learn and make them play. I mainly concentrate on kids who are very eager to learn new things and the basic things which should be very strong to continue their carrier as a cricketer, starting from basic to perfectionist there should be always mutual understanding between coach as well as player. As my opinion player should go to different coach as it will help him/her to innovate something new.
Coaching class depends on the player performance as and when a player required special drills to improvise their skill.
Have the ability to train player in both format of cricket outdoor as well as indoor format
In and out of coaching session
• Individual performance chart is maintained
• Regular interaction with parents as well as player
• Diet plan for players
• At the end of the overall coaching session parents are addressed with the performance chart which is maintained by me on daily basis
• Being friendly with player to know their opinion so that it would be easy to understand their mental as well as physical ability to push on to do their best.
As a part of my coaching experience I have been doing coaching for U-16 and U-19 cricket team of k.v school for 3 years and till date continuing my carrier as a cricket coach in play factory
