IdentityI am a social entrepreneur, I started my career with a Degree in Bachelor of commerce and PGDM in Print Journalism, after that I did Masters in Digital Marketing, I just started my Career are a research analyst in a StartUp called Billion Story media and that was my job, we got a really nice office space in Bangalore. And I am really excited to work in a startup in 2017. I thought this is everything that I want: an awesome office space, a startup culture and a lot more fun in the play area of Beehive Residency Road, Bangalore. But unfortunately, the startup was closed because of some funding issues and lack of transparency and they build a team in terms of money. That was my first job, after the claps of the startup I just stuck in the Silicon Valley of India, After that, I need to meet all my expenses without a job it’s hard, I started searching for another job and worked in Swiggy for Part-time, after few weeks i met Sunder Co-Founder of purple pay, he gave me a part time job, To canvas supermarket customers to download and use their app for payment, I’ll get paid per downloads, that time also i felt so much ego and i dropped the job, but still doing the Swiggy Delivery Parttime, And I started a Media Production company Called Feel Bangalore and start posting custom acoustic music videos with the help of my friends Afzal Ibrahim and Shimon Rasheed, Both are good with instrumental music, Then I’ve got active in social media and started taking photos of Bangalore and writing contents, We ran this company for a few months and we are not getting any good income from the website as well the content, all are working people but no remuneration, that also closed after doing a live acoustic show in front of the great war memorial at Brigade road. Then I can’t survive over there because of lack of money and resources but I got a lot of friends and somehow Bangalore teach me life, Still, I have that solid ambition to become an entrepreneur, to start my own business, Then I decided to learn Digital Marketing that can help me grow faster in the digital economy, I completed an internship in Cearsleg after that I started working as assistant digital marketing manager in a software development company Called Travanleo in Technopark, Trivandrum. I got a lot of friends there in terms of the profession all the way, then I started taking freelance projects along with the job, after a few months I am getting enough clients outside Technopark Campus, and also I got an opportunity to start a digital marketing company in partnering with RM. Consultancy, Pattom, Mr Mahesh C was the Founder and immediately I quit my job and start working behind the Digital Marketing Company with Mahesh Sir, In the beginning, everything is fine and also I’m so happy that I found an investor to start my own company but day by day I started to observe Mr Mahesh was not that much updated with the modern business technology, at last I can’t launch the company I just dropped the plan because I felt my time-wasting with a person who has no idea what he is investing. Then I spent some more time in Trivandrum and started working with a limited number of clients. But there also I can’t find the right team to work with, at last, I came back to my hometown and started my own startup Called Activenow by providing digital marketing services and training, But there also I failed to reach my monthly business goals heavy rent for office lack of capital to market the business. I tried 4 months and that also gone, but I didn’t stop thereafter that I started working as a digital marketing manager in c Company Called Competentpool, the situation of this company is also worst on the go, in between coronavirus came and lockdown started I lose my job started another Startup Called Synthro and working with a few clients peacefully. Till now I am not full filled with my professional ambition. All these things happened in the story after that I felt none of the aspiring entrepreneurs could not face such kind of issues while rising his/her idea on the certain seed time frame, that’s why I started this Startup Community,
What I learned from all these failures.
Never build a team in terms of money - Build A Team In Terms Of Passion/Compassion/Talent
Never Follow a Corporate Culture/Hierarchy - Create your own company culture according to works you guys do
EyeSight Without Vision is blind - Goals Will be clear and Deadlines should have to be monitored
Without Capital, There is no Business - What you put in effort/money/time you will get good business outcomes.
Startups have a few stages and consistent period of time to achieve the business goals
