Yes, from 5 years to 95 years. What is required is sincerity, dedication and love for music.

Is there any vocal music certificate courses available in India?

Yes, there is Prayag Sangeet Samity, Allahabad( U.P. ) from where Sangeet Prabhakar( Graduation ) & Sangeet Praveen(Post Graduation) can be obtained. Moreover, you can also get similar Certifications from Pracheen Kala Kendra, Chandigarh.
