About the Course

I am not Yogi, I am not certified trainer in Meditation. 10 years ago, I too started to learn Meditation and self-studied various material about it and experimented with it and found good result and success in life. I just want to share my knowledge and experience with others, who really eager to learn meditation.

In these classes you will learn about basic, but promising and very effective ways to practice meditation. You will learn but basics of mind, it's nature, ways to control it through meditation to realize our true existence.

There are different kinds of meditation, and one need to chose a right method according to individual requirements. Based on this, classes may be completed in between 15 to 30 days.

No commercial gimmick, I am sure, you'll have 100% satisfaction.
