Overview

I have been working as embedded system engineer from last 10 years. And I am experienced in various aspects of embedded system programming. I enjoy teaching and have been training engineers on various aspects of embedded systems inside the company and outside. Training with liver projects has been my training style.
I have conducted interviews for numerous candidates and I see that most of the candidates (even 2-3 years experienced) do not have the basic understanding of the embedded systems that is needed to perform project work. My training is intended at preparing aspiring embedded systems engineers to perform development tasks on given project. In addition to common embedded system concepts I will also cover topics like:
1. Effective reading of the data sheets
2. Practical I2C, SPI, RS232 implementation
3. Error handling and debugging
4. Most common issues faced in embedded system programming
etc..

"He is having tons of working experience in embedded systems and it is reflected in every words when he teaches any topic. He has everything related to subject matter in his working memory. He teaches the concepts on actual evaluation boards. He will let you program during the class itself to make sure that you got the concept right. He is very patient and will not rush through the material till he is convinced that you understood the stuff. He has created his own teaching material and assignments. He is having very very pleasant personality, which makes leaning with him a fun. I am very happy to have him as my coach. It is helping me immensely in my current embedded Linux research project on a board with ARM processor. I think that I actually paid less in comparison to the insight to the subject matter that I am getting in learning with him. Study at least two three classes with him, you will not leave him till you finish the entire course with him."

Hi Saurabh, Embedded C is not an isolated topic. Embedded C needs to be learnt by programming micro controllers. I suggest, instead of buying any book, you buy a development board, pickup a small micro controller project and try to do on your own in C. Lot of resources are available online to help... ...more
