from NTTF Technical training centre Dharwad, Karnataka, India.
NTC-2 in Precision machining from ITE-Balestier Singapore and BE in Industrial Engineering and Management from VTU Belgaum.
I have started professional life with Atech Molds Singapore as Tool and Die maker. Initial 2 years I was involved in Injection mould manufacturing, Design Review ,Process Planning, Machining, Inspection, Assembly, Polishing, Attending Trials, Trouble Shooting and maintenance of production plastic injection moulds. Later 1 year 10 month worked as manufacturing process engineer.
Later I was with Mahindra Satyam working for Applied materials India, Bangalore for last 8 years 8 months as Team lead. I was working with Etch business unit, managed different roles during my service. I was responsible for conductor Etch product line for engineering change management, new product configurable BOM management, product release and quality of delivery from offshore team. I was moved to role of new product manufacturing engineer (NPME). It involved; Illustration of operation method sheets (OMS) in Team centre Engineering and supporting assembly build line. Creating manufacturing drawing, resolving the supplier problem sheets and providing the engineering specification wavier based on outcome of case study. Product life cycle management of sub modules and PLC’s (from Proto to Production release of complete module) Participating in 2D DMU, to review manufacturability of design part.
I am from south India, Karnataka born in Hubli. I have been married to Suman for past 10 years 9 month. We are blessed with daughter Sanmati (8years) and a son Avaneesh (3Years).
I spend my leisure time with family, reading books, listening to Hindustani classical music, watching/playing cricket.
