Hi, I am PHP developer, and I want to learn new language. So, which language to learn React js or Python?

Stick to Javascript stack - Learn Node.js & React.js fully. You will not regret it. If you crunch a lot of data and highly interested in doing ome crazy ML stuff - Learn Python.
