- Audit of the trackers – analysis of the benchmark / tracking error calculation (the way to replicate indexes).

Project Management:
- Work stream leader on Ernst&Young first big project of Offshoring in Asset Management, Banking and Insurance departments; Project leader on the audit tool transformation – leading of the migration.
- Supervise the teams in 5 different departments; Asset Management, Banking, Insurance, Valuation team, Audit support team.
- Manage communication between Paris and Bangalore teams and clients on behalf of French major groups like Societe Generale, Credit Agricole, CCR, State Street, BNP Paribas, HSBC (financial statements, cash/portfolio reconciliation, portfolio valuation, benchmarking, management and performance fees validation, etc.)
Human resources:
- Recruit and select the candidates for the French department.
- Take up interviews with the candidates working for the French department and provide the detailed feedback on every candidate.
- Handle human resources issues: find 20 resources for 2 weeks project (audit transformation tool), find 30 resources for 2 weeks project for banking department (500 hours).
- Train the teams in Bangalore for Asset Management, Banking and Insurance departments (design and update the training material for Asset Management team).
Commercial role:
- Collaboration with Luxembourg, Canada on French speaking engagements (increase the number of procedures offshored at the beginning)
- Assist my clients in Paris and build the relationship between them and my team in Bangalore.
- Finding new clients for Bangalore office: Paris treasury client (Technip), Luxembourg banking client (Credit Agricole), Private Equity client (OTC), different proposals for the valuation team coming from Paris office.
- Prepare the roadshows to promote the work of the teams in Bangalore.
