Identity* During my eduction years - always imparted what I learned to others and used to have people folk around me to learn ( 25 years ago)
* While I was working for large corporates, I was freelancing for several personal contacts and coaching them. Not for any monetary gains, but for truly imparting the knowledge and improving the ability to organize what they already know in a usable manner
* I would say, teaching per se, has been my part of business, as mentoring and coaching along the job for several hundreds of people directly or indirectly reporting into me due to democratic access to me I was able to establish in the corporates I worked for
* While I love to impart training of many subjects Information technology, architecture, project/program/portfolio management and complex information technology development has been my passion
* I consider myself an excellent programmer in several programming languages as well.
* My learning as teacher is simple. Teaching is not Learning. As a teacher I own a responsibility to only create an environment that invariable has to mold or grow the knowledge of the student into something they can use every day.
* Converting the text or theory into practical realities of relevance through my training is key to me
