Manjunath Mysore is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from Bank of America with extensive knowledge and experience in the field of Quality, Strategic Planning, Business Process Management, Lean and Six Sigma training, mentoring and project execution.

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University, he went to USA to pursue his Masters in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Virginia Tech.

Manjunath has over 14 years of experience working and consulting in the manufacturing, service and banking industries. Starting his career in the manufacturing world he worked in Ericsson and Solectron (now Flextronics) and held multiple positions in the capacity of Process Engineer, Product Engineer and Quality Engineer. This is where he found his first opportunity to apply Six Sigma and Lean concepts into play and pursue his certification as a certified Quality Engineer from the American Society for Quality.

As a trainer at Bank of America’s prestigious Six Sigma program, he trained over 1200 Bank of America associates and partners on Lean, Green Belt and Black Belt curriculum's across the globe including China, India, UK, Ireland and multiple locations in the US. The highlight of his tenure at the bank was the Six Sigma and Lean projects he led and mentored that generated productivity saves in excess of $33million.
