I have started as a tutor since I am in my secondary school education, during which i enjoyed my teaching with my students. The key strength of my teaching is excel myself in the subject before i appear in front of students so that i can teach them more confidently and make them to digest what they have taught. meanwhile I would give them the dimensions that how one can select their field of interest and the challenges of the filed and the methods to be at the top. the fact where the school teaching fails is that the faculty could not involve in providing the dimensions of future and build the dreams among students due to scheduled time. It is important for secondary school students to frame their career path at that stage and plan how to execute the same in forth comming future. My teaching although it is time bound with respect to curriculum syllabi, i extend my helping hand for my students for all the guidance they need in designing their bright future.
I believe Chalk and Talk is the effective means of teaching which becomes much more effective by including onlline materials and excessive home work.
