I have been working in IT in Bangalore for 15 yrs now. I did B.E (C.Sc) from Osmania University and started my career in Texas Instruments in July 2001 till Jan 2013. Currently I am working as Technical Leader in Cisco since 3.5 yrs.

I also started the Entrepreneurial journey by starting my own business in E-Commerce n Social Networking.

Read any books/newspapaer (say times of india) ALOUD in front of mirror and try to record your own voice to see where you are doing mistakes 2. try speaking in english with your friends 3. read these books "people skills" and "art of dealing with people" by Les Giblin... ...more

Checkout few videos on Youtube on Body language in Interviews Skills 5. MOST Importantly visualize and feel as if you already got your job and act accordingly

Best is start with good books "How to win friends n influence people". Pls dont jusr read anything and everything you find on the Net. What goes into ours own minds is most imp. So I would recommend start with classic books.

What is the most Life changing Self improvement Advice that you can give to someone?

Nothing is more valuable or important than discovering your core values, beliefs, strengths etc. Best thing one can do, I have discovered so far, just STOP THINKING too much, RELAX n JUST Listen to your own Intuitions/Gut feelings.
