The Feel of the strings (the tension is low in case of the electric guitar, compared to the acoustic one), the spacing of the frets (the frets are slightly farther apart in case of the electric guitar), the stem is slightly thiner compared to the box guitar.
So the feel while playing diff and also the strumming styles will be different based on the effect used on the electric one and the chord shapes will be different,
Since the strings are of low tension , bending and tremelo will be easy
5 mins of practice every day is better than one hour of practice in the week ends Dont practice till you get it right; Practice till you can't get it wrong!! Use technology, record your self and review...
