"I had a severe back and neck pain and after going through all the regular ortho, xrays, neuro surgeon and all were suggesting disk replacement/surgery. I wanted to avoid surgery and was looking for yoga and I came to know Dr. Mirza from my relatives. After thorough examination he suggested exercises to strength the back and neck muscles and certain postures to avoid. After three months I am very happy with the results and my pain is under control and I am able to do day to day work and the pain is almost non-existent, even if it comes due to exertion I do exercises and immediately I feel better. His fees is very reasonable.He listens to you very patiently and gives you his best!"
