Definately, you can go for B.ed course after your BCA. BCA is a technical course but if you want to build your career in Teaching field then its must to do B.ed after that.
If you want to join IT field then you have to go for MCA . However for teaching purpose these days degree in education is must.

BCA is a 3 years program to learn computer related programming and languages. But you need to compete your masters -MCA also after that if you want to join IT.
B.Tech/BE is a four years engineering program with comprehensive learning on computer related stuff.
You can go for banking or any goverment jobs after that. But for IT sector, They consider Btech/MCA freshers for same opened positions.
