Its a good idea and you can go ahead and give it a try.Now days, every client is cutting down the cost of the project. So automation is the only process to keep the project running that is why every department is automating their task.
When it comes to automating the task using RPA tools, its does not require any coding knowledge or you will use very minimal code.Coding knowledge is not a pre-requisite for learning RPA . It is easy to learn compared to traditional automation languauges like Python or Java.
