Duration: 2 Months - Weekends (Sat-Sun)
Aim : To make sure we share the practical knowledge among students who are interested in having a career in Data warehousing-informatica and Data Vizualation.
During the complete course i will not be touching Keyboard and mouse but i will make sure students implement code by wrigt away in the class by accessing
Keyboard and Mouse.
In a gist we are inclined to have 20 % theory and 80 % practical sessions in implementing the theory discussed.
Phase 1 ETL :
1. Domain Knowledge : Theoretically discussing data visualization ,Data reporting in Retail Domain , Transport Doamin or Health care Domain.
2. Basic SQL : Theory of SQL and 80 Practial SQL queries which will be sloved in the sessions.
3. UNIX : Basic Commands, GREP, SED, VI Editor Etc with 15 likely questions asked in Interview.
4. Informatica Power: Architecture of informatica , Different tools in market, Basic Objects of Informatica ,Components of Informatica Power center , Mappings,
16 Transformations (2 ex each), Types of SCD with practical implementation, MD5 function implementation, ,Schedular ,All tasks ,Error Handling
Implementation, Project would be covered which will give you detailed understanding from Start to End of project in a Domain selected/explained
in stage 1,Scenarios practical implementation.
5. DWH Basic : Data Warehousing concepts would be covered in detail like what is DWH/ODS/DM approachs and Data-Modeling concepts, Dimension & Facts, Schema etc
