I am Ph.D. and had been awarded with prestigious award CSIR NET JRF. I have been working in Bangalore University, Bangalore as Guest Faculty to teach postgraduate students of Molecular Biology Course since September 2013. I am responsible for conducting theory and practical classes. I always focus on educational needs of students by learning and incorporating new skills, information and strategy. In lecture courses, I emphasise on conceptual understanding rather than memorization. I have found that this approach allow studenples effectively than simple memorization. My experiences made me confident in teaching Biotechnology and Molecular Biology. My ultimate goal is to utilize my capabilities to build academic and research career of students, so that they can confidently compete at the international platform.
