He is a recognised International Referee and international Medal winner. He is also an expert in Kobudo - the system of oriental weapon training
A Post Graduate degree holder in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations, Clement works as HR Manager in one of the world leading software IT MNCs in Bangalore. He is also an accomplished musician who plays the guitar and the drums.
