How to learn Javascript?

If you want to learn JavaScript from beginners level, the best platform would be W3Schools. Simultaneously you can run the program and see output also.They provide you practice examples also.

Can we call an undeclared function in C++?

In C++, you cannot call undeclared function in C++, compiler will show you error like "undeclared identifier".Compiler has not seen a declaration for it.Hence,the compiler has no idea what you are referring to because it hasn't seen it before.

How can I learn C programming in an easy way?

Bucky's C programming tutorials in YouTube is a best resource to learn basics of C programming. Try to do at least 5-10 program on daily basis. All the best!!
