Does the size of “long” and “long long” data types vary from a compiler or bit of an operating system in the C language?

Yes.it won't differ in Windows but differs in Linux,Solaris and Six.please use sizeof(long) and check it in the programme.

Which programming language is the best for artificial intelligence programming: C, C++ or Java?

I also suggest python as it supports oops if you are familiar with oops learn python.If you already know Java then use Java.

By using operator overloads in C++, can you transform C++ into Java? Or into any other language?

Operator overloading is one of the feature in c++ language.pointers, operator overloading and multiple class inheritance are removed from Java language while creating Java language to avoid critical problems which c++ language is facing.
