Casio is company which makes digital pianos and keyboards etc.
If I understand your question you would have meant Keyboard(casio), most people does it.
Keyboard is digital insturment, smaller and cheaper as well while Piano is an stringed instrument comes with 88 keys in it.

There is no straight answer to it.
We subconsiously get better and better in creativity that means when you play an instrument, imagine a stage - imagine an audiance who listing to you. Now the show begins you calm your self first and decide what you are gonna play. Even it's a small peice of music - play it for them and take the nonaudible applause. This may be very strange theory but works for me. You create the better ambiance if you are playing it alone.
